CABL (pronounced Cable) describe themselves as “an indie rock band put through a broken

dishwasher, ” a fitting image for their collision of shoegaze haze, emo urgency, pop sensibility, nu?metal weight, and folk?leaning vulnerability. Drawing influence from DIIV, Title Fight, Elliott Smith, Big Thief, and Deftones, the band explores themes of addiction, fractured family dynamics, and mental illness, wrapping these heavy truths in layers of noise, harmony, and melody that feel both cathartic and disarmingly intimate.
