Headlining the evening, Stuart Wilde & The Birdmen deliver a sound best described as alternative Irish blues—dark, poetic, and beautifully weathered. Joined by his band, Stuart takes his thunderous foot percussion, storytelling, and acoustic gritty soul into a full-band frenzy that blends blues, ska, rock, and New Orleans funk. It is hard-hitting, dirty, and utterly captivating.
Adding true Leeside royalty to the lineup, Hank Wedel steps up to the stage. A cornerstone of Cork's live music landscape for decades and the songwriter behind Christy Moore’s hit "Listen," Hank brings an unmatched warmth, storytelling flair, and energetic folk-rock spirit that never fails to lift the room.
Rounding out this stellar gathering is Seán Long, one of the region's top blues and classic rock guitarists. Steeped in the traditions of Muddy Waters, B.B. King, and Cork’s own Rory Gallagher, Seán brings high-octane fretwork and electric soul to complete a lineup that celebrates the very best of local live sound.
