A six-piece original rock band hailing from Cork, The Alkove pride themselves on creating music that is raw, authentic and unapologetic. Their sound is influenced by a variety of genres, from classic rock to blues and funk, and they bring their individual experiences and perspectives to every song they write. They believe in making music that speaks to the soul and leaves a lasting impression.

They will be kicking of our 2026 Jazz Weekend lineup, by celebrating the release of their brand new single, "A Long Way".
