The Bluez is a well-known, hard-working blues and rock outfit well-established on the live music circuit across Cork City and County Cork.

Originally formed by guitarist Jeremy Nagle (formerly of bands like Driveshaft and Megaton), the project was put together to keep playing heavy-hitting live sets between other musical endeavors—and has built a strong reputation for keeping local blues-rock alive across venues, festival trails (such as the Cork Folk Festival and regional blues events like the Cobh Blues Festival), and spots ranging from city pubs down to West Cork and Myrtleville's Pine Lodge.
