Hank Wedel celebrates the release of a brand new album entitled "What Happens In Cork" produced by Declan Sinnott (Christy Moore, Mary Black), a collection of ten songs featuring Hank, Declan and a host of special guests recorded in recent years in the hills of Bandon.
Now based in Cork City,guitarist/vocalist/songwriter/recording artist/band leader has performed thousands of gigs from Oklahoma to Azerbaijan,solo or with bands"Princes Street", "Open Kitchen", "Small Town Talk". Hank has been part of a 30 year long Monday Night residency at Charlies Bar in Cork Citywith mandolin maestro Ray Barron...and has performed onstage withShane McGowan, Mary Black, Christy Moore,Kila, Philomena Begley and Bono.
